1.Through MIZUHA Co., Ltd. (Tokyo, Japan), one of our group companies, we have concluded a cooperation agreement with the Ministry of Military Production of the Arab Republic of Egypt (MOMP) in the fields of industry and technology regarding the manufacturing of Large-scale KuSui. (KuSui is a device that generates water from the atmosphere.) MIZUHA currently has a manufacturing contract with MOMP for Small KuSui. By advancing the production of Large KuSui in addition to Small KuSui, we believe we can contribute to solving Egypt’s water issues.
2.We have concluded a cooperation agreement with Arab Contractors (Osman Ahmed Osman & Co.: Cairo, Egypt) in the field of infrastructure and large-scale urban development projects in Africa, primarily in Egypt.
3.As part of our investment in the tourism sector, we are planning projects aimed at constructing distinctive hotels and lodging facilities. As the first step, we have decided to build a world-class wellness hotel on land near the Pyramids in collaboration with Hanza Medica (New Cairo, Egypt).
4.The Recording Academy (California, USA), known for organizing the Grammy Awards, and Taitan Capital will jointly host a major event called GRAMMY House in Giza, Egypt, in 2026. This will establish Giza as a hub not only for artists and creators from Egypt, the Middle East, and North Africa, but for artists and creators worldwide.
Taitan Capital is advancing plans to develop an entertainment complex in Giza centered around a 20,000-seat outdoor arena, a 5,000-seat indoor arena, a museum, studios, and other facilities. Upon completion, this entertainment complex is expected to attract significant global attention.
Over the past several years, Egypt has demonstrated a clear vision and strong political. Furthermore, Egypt has fostered an environment enabling both domestic and international private sectors to actively participate in its development journey, while setting an exemplary model for modern nation-building and investment attraction.
Against this backdrop, Taitan Capital was one of the first Japanese companies to recognize the potential for investment in Egypt.
At Taitan Capital, we believe that investing in Egypt is not merely an economic investment, but an investment in the future—an investment in its youth—and an investment in a culture of peace and cooperation between nations.
